This Privacy Policy describes how the E-Services platform of ARCEP BENIN collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data.

We are committed to respecting your privacy and processing your data in accordance with applicable Beninese legislation.

Types of requests, technical information, attachments, observations, exchange history

Sensitive Data : No sensitive data (racial origin, political opinions, religion, health, sexual orientation) is collected.

  • Public Interest Mission : regulation of the electronic communications and postal sector
  • Legal Obligation : compliance with applicable regulatory texts

Personal data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Account Data : duration of account existence + 3 years after deletion
  • Administrative Files : legal archiving period applicable to the type of file
  • Connection Logs : 12 months in accordance with legal obligations

At the end of these periods, data is either deleted or anonymized for statistical purposes.
